Question MorphGear and SNES Input

What has everyone found to be the best input setup? What buttons did you assign to the SNES control?

Thanks in advance...

yeah i have a hard time with this. I ussually set up different games differently. i typically have the main buttons (from left to right) as y, x, b, a and then the jog dial as start (i cant use the push on dpad for enter, its too hard not to press it), and the recorder button as select. leaving nowhere for l/r, which i just double-set on the jog/record button too. meh.

I set up each game differently once I figure out which buttons are used the most. I usually only play RPGs, though.

Main buttons set like raptor... x, y, b, a, from left to right. Select currently set to none. Jog button set to start. D-pad button to none (though I don't normally have a problem accidentally pressing it on an x3i). My wireless button set to R, and the opposite button set to L. Working great so far.

Download those keypad skins for the ppc.
Works good for those games that occasionaly need the other buttons for input.
I really want a controller for my ax now. Anyone get that stinger pad or something to work?

Nope, no one has gotten a gamepad to work yet.

I made my own virtualpad for the SNES and it works perfectly. I also have MG installed on my SD card, also no issues. It allows me to use both hardware and virtual buttons with no hiccups. I'll see if I can get them posted on MG's site soon. I named them SNES+ and NES+ (for GBA,NES and any other 2-4 button modules)

I had tried morphgear some time back and had no success. Any helpful hints?
