Is there another emulator for Game Gear other than CE/GG? It crashes every few minutes on me, and there are no save states.

What is it with emulators and crashing after a few minutes with the Axim?

Morphgear is a cool all-in-one emulator. I've used it with a few GG-Roms and had no problems.

Cheers.

I remembered that not long after I posted, but I don't like it much. The screen it emulates is very small, about an inch and a half square. Hmm... I'll try it and see how stable it is.

Edit: Well that didn't take long to crash, I paused it (via the start button) while typing out a reply, and when I unpaused it went hyper! I think the game was playing at about 250% of what it's supposed to.

If anyone finds another GG emu, please post!

What version are you running? I'm using 1.52c and in 'sega gg/master system' settings, I could maximize the screen to its fullest.

Cheers.

I didn't think there'd be a setting to change the screen size. I'll try that later. The little postage stamp screen size is annoying, why would they have it set so small?

In PocketGB/Morphgear:

- click on the 3rd button from the right (the little console icon)
- Select MasterSystem/GameGear
- the first tab shows 'video' and thats' where you can set the screen size.

When you stretch the screen size, the grafx become pixelated -- which kinda answers the question of why the screen is so small, cuz the original resolution is low.

cheers.
