Brian, bought your Poker Hand a few days ago. Very good! Thank you.
I see you are planning an upgrade, the preview pic looks nice. As others have made the suggestion to save the pot may I add my own requests. Have the option to make the players strength "Random" so that you don't know if he is "Normal", etc.
Also , with many players, when a player goes below 0 (minus dollars) have him/her drop out of the game. Each players starting bank roll should start higher - about $1,000.
There was an old DOS program "Ante Up at the Friday Night Poker Club" that was the best I have ever seen on a computer. It would play under Windows but was 'protected.' You had to enter a code after so many plays. I no longer have the code or program. Poker Hand is the closet I have found. Again, thanks Brian.
Oooo Crazy Bird himself has visited my thread. NICE! It's nice that you've found your way here. You seem to be very receptive to the comments of the players. The screenshot looks very cool. I'm looking forward to your next project!
Looks good. I'll have to try out the demo when I have some spare time. :)

I guess I'm missing something. The link on the new version goes to Birdsoft. net.
A note on the page says:
"Existing customers, simply download the newest demo from this site, and install over top of your existing registered or demo application."
I thought the author of this program was the same as Poker Hand. The new program installs as All-in Hold 'Em and does not over write Poker Hand. The registration key for Poker Hand does not work in All-In Hold 'Em.
Yes, sorry it is not a new version of PokerHand. It is a separate Hold 'Em Only product. I'm sorry if I inadvertently implied that is was in any way.
A whole lot of work went into this product, so I couldnt see it just being an update, and likewise PokerHand fans that prefer one or more of the other 10 games would not be happy for a one game update...
I bought your all in hold em game and i like it however there are a few changes that would be nice to have:
1) Allow us to set the number of players at the table
2) Allow us to enter in the starting money instead of hard coding in some choices or at least increase the max starting money
3) When I go all in and i have the largest pot of money, and one of the computer players (with less money than me) go all in as well, the amound of money that i've put in isn't reduced by the difference of my pot amound and the other computer players pot amount, if i have a larger pot and i go all in, and computer player has smaller pot, then the computer should return back to me the difference, there's no way that i should be able to lose everything in my pot if i lose the hand especially when the other player didn't have the funds to match me
4) Allow us to turn off the animations, maybe it will run faster (runs fast enough but i'ld rather do without the head animations
5) Allow us to SAVE a game to continue later
hmmmm that's it for now, if i think of more i'll let you know. otherwise, great game :)

Sorry for the confusion....
Yes, as a seven-card stud fan I trust you will let us know if you update PokerHand?

Yes, Im sure I will attempt too...
Thanks for all the suggestions... I will try my best to squeeze some of them in. As far as # 3 goes, it should be splitting up your all-in into secondary pots with the possibility of you only being in the last pot, so you wont lose all your money if no one can match you.... If you see it knocking you out with no matchers, please let me know......
Is the new release an upgrade for free if you bought the other one?
Also, Rorschach I work in Irvine right by the 133. Very close to you. I used to live under the 55 (hahah in those white apartments).
We play on wednesday nights. It was easier to get people to play because typically we all go our own ways on the weekend. We all work together.
I host the game and I have some nice 11g chips that I bought from ebay for like $50. 500 chips total. Very nice.
