Controller for X3?

man, does anyone know how to get a controller to work with the X3 for playing SNES games? there is no way I can master gradius 3 with those buttons on the pda.

Over the past year, nobody has been able to successfully get one working with the X5. I'm not aware of anyone that has tried with the X3.
