Hey, I have an X5 Advanced and use PocketSNES to play games. Man, it's great to have at work since I have a desk job and can sit here all day playing classic SNES (120+ hrs of gameplay on FFIII so far here at work alone) The problem is that the sound emulation is nonexistant. Doesn't matter how I put the settings, 8 bit, 16 bit, high quality, low quality, they all sound like crap. Are there any other emulators that might emulate sound even decently for SNES? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!!

the problem also might be that youre using an x5 which has vastly worse gaming capabilities compared to a newer pda like the x3

i have a problem somewhat like that on my x3i, with pocketsnes. I play my crono tirgger game and there is no sound. But the wierd thing is, there is only no sound when i load my saved file.(all sound things enabled) If i start from the begining i get sound.

May I ask what you do that allows you to spend so much time playing games? :)

Well, my "official" title is Senior Marketing Coordinator/Assistant Office Manager. I work for a State Farm Insurance agent in NY and since it is an office of 6 people, me having my own desk, I usually just sit and surf the web and play with my Axim for hours on end. Not bad for a $14+/hr job? :-) Hey, need any life insurance?? haha
