I've finally picked this up. I'm currently having fond memories of when I was single, working a new job, and logging in many hours of those old Elder Scrolls games. It's a blast so far. However, it seems like this thread has evolved into the "Ask Raynne for Legacy tips" thread. What a helpful gal! Questions from this member are forthcoming...

I swear I have been all around that place and can't find that doggone crucifix. I've seen them for sale in the shop, but somehow I don't think that will work. :crooked:
I talked to the Redshift staff, and there are scrolls and spellbooks (as well as black fountains) that will revive a character. The spellbook was the selling point for me, meaning that a character could learn how to revive someone permanently. (Just protect that one character, huh?) Anyway, I'm going to buy it now.

I found the crucifix! Woohoo! :D There was a scroll with it to revive a dead party member. Now I've just got to find that jewel, or whatever it is that the mysterious guy wants me to get from that person I have yet to find.

I had the same problem... Inside of the little alcove you open with a rock (or something heavy) is a round rock stuck in the wall. Click on that, and the passage will open. There's a raise dead scroll in there also, btw.
I've gone to the add-on city. It involves robbing a bank, but from what I've read there is some kind of joke in it. I'm going to stock up on healing and mana potions before I head back...

Yes, the add on levels don't need porting as both the Palm version and the PPC version read the .pb files (I am pretty sure I got the extension wrong LOL). In fact, RedShift is actually working on a pretty large expansion pack, along with the level editor.
Sorry about that, I forgot about the switch. Definitely check for switches in areas where you are stuck.
Yeah, I've been playing it too much myself. I need to pay more attention to my schoolwork. LOL
