Software for X3 vs X5

I was browsing the microsoft site for pocket pc games ... and a lot look GREAT ... Age of Empires, SNAILS, etc ... several list the X5 but not the X3 -- are they just not listing the X3 or is it actually not compatible? Are there substantially fewer programs out there for the X3 or is there no real difference?

I think the question is not so much X5 vs. X3 but rather PPC2002 vs. WM2003. ALL x3s are WM2003 but X5s can be either PPC2002 OR WM2003.

That said, most software is now compatible with WM2003, so most likely, you won't have a problem with either Operating System. Also, in my experience, I have found that even those that only specify PPC2002 may be ok with WM2003. If there are specific programs you are looking at, post back to ask about them!

It could just be that they haven't gone through to update their site since the X3 was released. In general, pretty much everything should work. Most developers that had problems when people switched over to 2003 have already released patches to fix them.
