Haven't played it yet, but I'm definitely gonna download it when I get home. I agree, it looks like an awesome game! FYI there is a trial version so you can try it out without buying it.

Are you a fan of strategy games? If so, Warfare Inc. won't disappoint. The missions are fun (while not necessarily original), the skirmishes are pretty fast-paced, and the graphics rock. Nice sound, too.

Command & Conquer/Warcraft/Starcraft fan? You'll have fun with this. It's amazing how much game these developers can fit into our pdas nowadays.

Warfare is a must have, IMHO :). I know a lot of us have been waiting for the multiplayer version. I have been to the Warfare forums and am happy to report it is now in beta! Looks like you can sign up on the website if you are interested in helping out.

Warfare is a lot like Command and Conquer. It's amazing at first, but gets boring later on. :\

I agree with the boring comment, but for different reasons.

The main reason this game gets boring for me, and I would assume, other fans of the rts genre, is that there is currently no multiplayer options and no skirmish mode.

The developers are currently working on a multiplayer version (beta is going on right now, I think), which may greatly increase the replay value. However, unless you know other people with pdas who have shelled out $30 for this game, this will mean absolutely nothing to you.

A high point for me would be the implementation of a skirmish mode. I've read that they're working on a utility that will allow you to create maps. If I can have a random map generator and skirmish mode against the ai, I'll say that this game is definitely worth every penny.

I completely agree. I am addicted to Command and Conquer - Red Alert and I am very impressed with Warfare Inc.

I initially thought it would be impossible to play such a game on a PDA, but they have done an incredible job. Having said that, I am hesitant to buy it until there is a skirmish mode.

Probably a good idea. I used to play Warcraft 2 religiously, then Red Alert... only played Starcraft a bit, then jumped hard-core into Warcraft 3. And the thing is, for every game after Red Alert, I would always hop right into skirmishes with the computer before I would ever touch any story modes or campaigns. Warfare Inc. rocks, but I was very disappointed when I started it up and couldn't skirmish right off the bat :crooked:

You might be interested in what I found in the Warfare forums.

They are looking for beta testers for the multiplayer version. Here is the link to the thread in the forum.

The mission editor is also in beta now. Looks like they need beta testers for that also. Here is a link to that thread.

:D
