I installed pacman on my axim. Now when I tried to remove it, it stated that it is still running. I checked and its not running.

I tried to delete the file through explorer instead and I was given a denied access. I checked the properties and it is not read only or system.

Why am I having this issue, and how do I delete the file?

Try doing a soft reset and then deleting it.

Thanks from me, too. I had a file that simply wouldn't go away, but I guess the soft reset was enough because I was just able to delete it.
