Install Problems - Warring Nations

I'm pretty new at this pocket pc stuff. I have a dell axim x5 that I got for christmas 2002. I just bought the Warring Nations game. I downloaded and installed the program. when i go into games and click on "warring nations" (it doesn't have an icon, just an executable symbol) i get this error message.

Cannot find 'WarringNations' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help

warring nations does have an icon, if your shortcut doesn't show the icon then the shortcut is pointing to the wrong place.

if you can find the app with file explorer (probably somewhere under \Program Files\) you should be able to create a new shortcut that points to the right place.

if you can't find it then it may be that something happened during the install and it didn't install properly. perhaps the first thing to try is an uninstall/reinstall.
