im on the last level w/ the "rationed troops" (that bites!). I cant do it though. Anybody have any tips for me? plz! ive been stuck on this last level for months!

Try only taking out the generators - not the other structures.

what wwill taking out generators do, besides slow down power? when i take out their radar site the turrets still fire on me.

If you knock the generators out the turrets won't have power to fire on you. You have to remember that there could be more than one of the radar structures so knocking out one isn't necessarily going to to affect the turrets.
