I didn't think about the RAM issue, I have all my stuff on SD, and have the Storage/Memory set to the most memory. Gradius 3 plays at 10 FPS without sound, and thanks to frameskip (set to auto) it's very playable SNES Bleeding Edge on my 300MHz Axim (locked into 300MHz mode).

Try allocating more ram to memory if it's performing slow. Hmm... I can't remember which release I'm running. Older releases sometimes run at faster than the newer, supposedly the August release is really good.

Question

Does anyone know of any SNES emulator that has sound and what settings do you have to change for the emulator?

try adjusting your settings, you should be getting about 30fps under normal conditions on a rom, and 7fps under heavy usage.
The performance primitives have been released for agggeeesss and the "SDK" is microsofts job and is released anyway (GAPI/GX/eMbedded VC++/etc)

I've got both the Intel Performance Primitives (IPP) and Graphics Perormance Primitives (GPP) on my hard drive at the moment, trouble is lazy developers think that there little c++ (or even, shivers, vb) routines are faster then the intel primitives!

I havn't got time to develop stuff at the moment, too much work at college ;)

(just keeping people informed) :)
