Is there any type of program for Pocket PC 2003 that will allow you to install any type of windows or dos programs?

I was wondering if someone has made a program that would emulator PC 2003 or PC 2003se that will emulate on windows xp. I remember that palm had one out about a year ago that did that. Just wonder if anyone came up with that for the windows xp to run pocket pc programs on it. It would be a great way to try out programs as well as promoteing the idea on someone whom doesn't have a handheld to see what one can do.

There is a emulator in the Microsoft Pocket PC SDK (it only runs under Win 2000/Xp)
