Stuck in Grendelmoore

I am in Grendelmoore....I have killed Swamp Dragon...Have 2 Swords, and one book. I am unsure what I missed, figure it must be a Dungeon out in East or West Grendelmoore, or maybe Swamp. Still cant open Blocked passage going south of Town.
