You do know that there is space trader for Pocket PC right? It's also a freeware:
space trader and strategic commander were awesome games. i was also hopelessly addicted to sfcave for the palm it was simple but so addictive! anyone know if there is a port to the PPC?

Never played sfcave on palm..but I found it on freewarepalm and it looks kinda like Asteroid Explorer (Free!) :D
Oh man, i just downloaded this at work. I am already getting the weird looks from my coworkers when i zone onto my Axim. What a great little game and its free! Thanks!

I found one called "extinction". Risk type, but when you decide to attack, it zooms in and shows guys fighting, pretty cool.
