Morphgear Question

What does it mean when the "unregistered" sign thing is showing in the bottom-left corner? How do I 'register'?

This may be more appropriate for the Games forum, but...

You must actually purchase separate "modules" to be able to play indefinitely. The unregistered label means that you are running the trial version of that module (or game system emulator) and will only get 2 minutes of play time. If memory serves, it's another 20 bucks per system to get a registration code to unlock the full version of each "game system". Register over at their site.

There are plenty of free emulators for various systems. You may want to inquire about these in the Games forum, and give those others a shot unless you are dead-set on using Morphgear for all your emulating needs.

Oh yeah, you may already know this, but don't go asking where you can get ROMs over there. Big fat no-no :soap:

You can purchase through the MorphGear website. Also, the Snes and I "think" the Genesis modules are free. You also get a discount if you order more than one module. I actually bought three of the modules over two years ago when I got my Casio EM-500, and have gotten all updates since. Aaron is constantly adding new stuff. When he first started, it was only NES, GB, GBC, Sega MasterSystem, and Game Gear, and there was only one save slot (which was REALLY irritating LOL).

Okay thanks, but one more question (if not answered I'm going to make a thread about it he he :D) Sound works for the GBA and NES but not for the SNES. No sound for SNES. I went into the options and the sound was enabled...I just do not understand it! I have tried various snes roms, but none of them have sound! PPLLLEEAASS Reply! Thanks!! :p

>_< Figured it out! "Emulate" wasn't checked. Now SNES runs very slow!!! Any ideas on increasing the speed? Will the proccessor effect it at all? How much? Should I just try myself and stop asking questions? lol

Personally, I never use sound for SNES. But then again, I usually play games at places that would kill me if I DID use sound. LOL
