Lemonade Inc/Tycoon

I have an old version of Lemonade Inc from hexacto. Apparently Jamdat now owns them, and the game. They have made upgrades since then, but i can't figure out how to get them.

Will installing an updated trial over my registered version allow me to have the updated registered version? Anyone know?

Not sure. I didn't realize they had upgraded the game. I'll go check it out.

Since Hexacto is now owned by Jamdat i'd suggest contacting Jamdat customer support:
Jamdat Customer Support Form

You can also email them directly: support at jamdat.ca

I'm sure they'll be fine with helping you.

:)

I emailed Jamdat because Handango is giving me grief (that is where I purchases Lemonade, Inc.). Just waiting to hear back from them.

Always best to stick to the developer rather than the distributor. I'm sure they'll help you out.

lemme know if they can resolve your issue. If not, there isn't much point in me trying.

Well here we are, 12 days after I emailed Jamdat. I did receive a response from them - 10 days after I sent my email requesting assistance. They asked for information that I clearly had given in the original email so I had to give it again. Now I am playing the waiting game again. This is terrible!

What's even worse is that Handango has not even bothered to respond to my inquiries. I have contacted them twice within the past month and both emails have gone unanswered. To say I am displeased with them would be an understatement. I may have to reconsider where my software purchases are made if this is the level of customer support I can expect

I finally heard back from Jamdat. They cannot help me unless I give them the credit card number used for the purchase. Well duh! I contacted them because I couldn't download the software from Handango because I no longer have the credit card that was used to make the purchase. I emailed Handango several times and have received no response. So looks like I am hosed. Can't say that I'll be spending anymore of my hard earned $$ on software from Jamdat or Handango

They do have a record of purchases. The problem is when you exceed "x" number of downloads you are asked to enter the credit card number used to make the purchase. I no longer have that account and have no idea what the credit card number was. Three attempts to contact Handango with no response and now I find out that the developer will not help me either.

Please forward them this note will you.

Cheryl, I am currently judging the software for the Pocket PC games of the year and ran across your post on the Aximsite forum. May of the judges believe that we should be judging the total client service aspect of a company, not just one slick program. The judging ends in a few weeks, can you please keep me infomred on how this turns out? I would really like to know as it may effect my vote.

Thank you

Don

I heard back from Jamdat, it was something to the effect of "The version you have is the latest, we are not developing this application"

Which is funny, because mine still says hexacto on it, not jamdat like the screenshots i have seen!
