Everquest Will not Run

I just purchase Everquest 1 from Pocketgear last week. It will not run on my X5. I have the X5 advanced with a PXA255 processor. The demo ran fine but I have upgraded my ROM from AO2 to AO4 since then. I have e-mailed pocketgear for assistance and have recieved no reply, very disappointed in those guys! SOE's web page has no contact info at all for this game either. Help or opinions? Attached is my error message that pops up when I try to execute the game.

How much free memory do you have? Have you tried a soft reset? If that doesn't work, you may want to try to redownload the program, uninstall the other version, do a soft reset, and then reinstall. If that doesn't work, then I am not sure.

I figured out what my problem was...it was the Mobile Automation client software that I installed for work. For some reason, when this client was running, EQ wouldn't run.
