Crazy Kart w/ no keyfile from developer

I purchased Crazy Kart on Saturday from Pocketgear and put it on my PDA. Then I registered it on the developers website using my device code, just as instructed. The confirmation I got said I'd recieve my key file shortly. I shortly means within a week maybe I'm just being impatient, it's Monday night and I still have not recieved anything. I also sent an email to their support guys later on that day asking what's up. No reply there either. For getting such good reviews, this developers support really sucks! What gives, any ideas?

do they have a support phone number you could call or an support email address you could write to? I would go that route first and if you don't get anywhere after 48 hours then go to your credit card company and make sure the charge is cancelled due to the company not providing the purchased product. Make sure you mention your intent to do this on the phone or in the email. Most companies don't want customers to do this as it decreases their rating with the credit card companies.

That is unusual for them. Did you email support@int13.net?

Also, be sure that your Junk Mailbox (if your e-mail has one) is not catching their e-mails for some weird reason. This is probably an obvious one, but it is something many people forget to check.

I think deftech got it, I recieved an email from support that my hotmail was blocking their mail messages as "spam". Got my keyfile, now if I can just get my D pad to work right.

my hotmail saw it as junk as well. Game sucks anyway. I guess it's worth the $5, but don't expect much.
