I've played Fade, but I don't remember how long it lasted, so I can't tell if Black Core Logic is longer or not.

And Cheryl,

Those "old stuff" are like a bullet from gunshop, a cock wheel from a clock in Electro Bank and a lapel bug from a restaurant in Chinatown. :)

I haven't made it to the bank yet. Come to think of it, I don't think I've been to Chinatown either. I've been to the Police Station and the shops on the other side of that. I must've missed a turn somewhere. Thanks for the clues. I'm going to be at the hospital for 1.5 hours today with a needle stuck in my arm so now I have something to occupy me :)

You have to go through the bank to get in Chinatown. The bank is next to Spunkmayer's. And one old stuff is in Suzuki Corp. office (a chip).

Which version of the game you have? Or when did you downloaded it? Because, there is a newer version (1.1) available, which have a gamma correction and some bug fixes! Bad thing is, that old savegames doesn't work after that (as usual).

Ok, I must seriously be missing something. I can go into the bar (talked to the socialite, but can't buy her a drink) and the gun shop (found the bullet), but that's it. What am I missing here?

Not sure which version I have so I am going to go ahead and reinstall. Can you notice a difference with the gamma correction?

Did you try taking the drink off the empty table and giving it to her? I'll check it out in the new version. My memory is really bad right now. Sorry.

Give the portable to the drifter and he gives you a drink for the girl if i remember correctly.

The gamma correction definately improves visibility but I am still stuck. Can't get past Hudson Blvd. I did manage to acquire a couple of items this time thru that I didn't have before: icebreaker and rubbers.

BTW Cheryl (and all you others in USA and other faraway countries),

Because I live in Finland,Europe, there is a time zone difference between us (to Michigan it's 7 hrs) and that's why there is a natural delay to reply to your threads (and vice versa, of course) at certain time of the day (or night, actually!). I know, that most of you knew this, but I decided to remind you anyway. :)
