Here is a top notch freeware 3D Tic Tac Toe Deluxe game.

It has a huge amount of options.

You can play many different variations and board sizes.

It can play person vs. person, person vs. computer, or computer vs computer.

And it only uses 140K.

You can drag the stylus across the screen to move the boards to change the view.

For a tic-tac-toe game ... I would give this a 9 out of 10.
