Will this work with Windows Media? I think I see the logo in the lower right hand corner, but I'm not sure.

What do you mean by Windows Media? Madden 2005 is a game that will work on WM2003 (and possibly other) operating systems. It doesn't have anything to do with windows media.

The size is a standard MM Card size which is the same size (maybe a little more thin) than normal SD Cards. Is there more than one size? This is a cool game, and sometimes I don't even play, I just let the CPU play itself. Of course, I am playing it on my Tungsten T3, so I can;t wait to get my x50v and see how it runs on that.

LOL, I meant what size as it relates to storage space.

Thought I would load program in BIS and have a spare SD card

question on putting madden game on another pda. i have the game. what i want to do is transfer it to another SD card and use it on my E8oo and let my brother play it while i play it on my x50v. whenever i transfer it from original sd card to another sd card the game screen comes up with list of either play game, read manual or exit. when i choose to play an error screen comes up saying invalid storage card. anyone have a solution? it is not like i am giving the game away. both pda's are mine.

OK...Bought Madden 2005 from Amazon (couldn't help it), and received it today.

Other than still being generally HORRIBLE at playing the game, here are a couple of items:

1) Overall, an enjoyable experience. I wish they would have more varied statements from Madden and his co-host, because they seem to repeat A LOT

2) The weather modes really don't seem to be working.

Other than that, I'll be wasting quite a bit of time playing the game.

Well, I just did a little test with Madden 2005 on my new "used" X3, and the good news is that you can drop Madden 2005 in different PDAs and it works like a charm. This is REALLY a good thing...portable software.

If they put a lock on the program to keep you from copying it, I'm okay with that. Software traditionally only legally allows for one use of the product; although it has recently been stated from several companies that an individual can legally use a piece of software on their home computer and their own personal notebook computer when they go to work (with the idea that they are only using the software in one place at one time). MakeMusic! software gives you 2 licenses...one for your desktop, one for your notebook. That's a huge incentive to me.

The problem with your strategy for Madden 2005 is that you are looking to use the same game in two devices at the same time, and clearly, that's not the intent of the card. I'm glad they found a way to keep that clear, yet keep the game transferrable. Sure, someone will crack the code eventually (some people have fun doing that), but until them, I'm okay with the idea that you need to pay $30 (on sale) for a second copy of the game.
