Roms on sd card?

Hi! I just ordered an x30 and plan on getting a 32x 1gb sd card from lexar to go along with it. I want to keep as much ram available for performance in programs such as emulators and quake so i want to keep as much stuff off the ram as i can. Does anyone know if it will affect my pda's gaming performance if I just stored the roms/pak files on the sd card? Thanx!

It hasn't affected my x5. I did that for the same reason.

Performance won't be affected at all really once it is loaded. I use my SD 512MB Kingston card for all of my ROMs/Movies/books/etc stuff. Works great!!!
