Hey all decided to give emulation on my x50v a try? Was wondering which is better morphgear or emulamer's patched pocketsnes and... what the optimal setting to use for it? I have the gapi 1.1.11 patch installed. ummm and finally... what snes games do you recommend? I like RPGS

thanks!

Since both are free, why don't you try them both and report back? There's a couple of threads on what games people like for SNES on this board.

Morphgear's is better because of the speed if you use emulamer's Morphgear speed tweak:

Sorry, I have to defend my Morphgear, I am the Morphgear Forum Overseer with pride on his shoulders:)...

Yes, Morphgear actually plays all Final Fantasy games (NES and SNES) full speed... in my eyes...

Morphgear's SNES emulation is far superior than it's Genesis emu, sound plays well and doesn't slow a game to a crawl when enabled.

Smash TV...magic!
