I got the 3D games, but not the Atari card. It still shows up on my order as "being processed."

not gonna happen, they'll give you a $50 coupon for it though! i'd go with that with how crappy people are saying that game pack was... not to mention you can get enough of those games freeware to fill your "vintage" appetite...

I just got around to installing. Are these games full versions? I played Engimo a bit, its slow loading since I put it in "Built-In Storage" (which I am guessing is ROM). I wonder if I'm getting a card too, my parents bought me my x50 for xmas, they didnt say anything about another disc though.

When I got my x30 mid in June, it promised an Atari game pak but when I called to order and reminded them of it, they said that there is no such offer...with this and a few other interactions I have had with dell support, I am led to believe that the dell company is on something (maybe it has to do with their old spokesperson). lol

i bought my x50 in november, and it said free 3d game pack for the x50v only...
so if you bought the x50 mid like me, there are no free games in your future...
sorry :o(

I ordered by phone and forgot to mention the free games. Called them about it a week after I received the x50v and they denied ever having a promotion for the free games! I wasn't that interested in them anyway, so it's no big deal. (When I first called, I asked if they could substitute a free battery for the games. That didn't work...)

Hey Mark, did you get a rescue disk with the system or a OS CD?
I didn't with my X50V and was curious if that is the norm.

The only cd I got was the one with Outlook, active sync, and the "Enhance Your Experience" software titles. No rescue disk...

Same here. Just the outlook cd. Kinda bummed about the free games CD. Didn't realize I had to check on something to get them. Maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow just for ha-ha's

Seems a bit cheap of Dell. Wouldn't they WANT to show off the capabilites of their latest gizmo with a handpicked program?
Go figure.

I completed my X50v order by phone, and I assume the rep didn't check the box... anyway, I just called Dell and they said they'd send one out at no charge (the game pack is now $39.95 on the website). I'm guessing they'll do that for anyone, given the confusion.
