Sound with snes emulation problem and quick battery question

I got an X3i for christmas an I am very pleased with it, however I have a few questions/problems.

How do you get sound running in Morphgear or Pocketsnes bleeding edge, I have tried them both but to no avail. I turned sound on and volume all the way up yet I still nothing, anybody wish to enlighten me?

Also is it ok to take your axim out of the charger when its not fully charged or is this not a good idea?

You need to turn sound on in the emulation options.

Boot up morphgear and click on the joystick icon.

Click on global settings and make sure the sound box is ticked. Hit the OK button.

Click on the joystick icon again and click on the SNES option, make sure the Enable Sound and Emulate boxes are ticked. Hit the OK button. Shutdown morphgear and reload.

Sound should work now (it does on my X30).

SNES emulation is good and free in morphgear...but the Dpad makes controlling a character a pain.

Yeah I wish there was a better d-pad, maybe a mini joystick add-on SDIO card?

If you have a lithium ion battery it doesn't matter if you stop charging mid way... other battery types can be adversely effected by this though.

Have fun!

Chances are, you'll see him fade into the black
Continuously watching everyone's suggetions and problems,
Not overlooking the ones talking smack,
Your NEW Morphgear Project Administrator,
