Bejeweled 2 unlockables

I know one of the advertising blurbs for the features of Bejeweled 2 was the ability to unlock new game modes. Anyone know how to reach the unlockables...i finished puzzle mode, have the 2nd to high score in classic, played endless until i was bored..over 2 million points and still nothing. Do the unlockable modes actually exist?

They do exist. Unlocking them is another matter entirely ;)

SPOILERS.....

I have only unlocked Twilight and Cognito so far. Twilight is unlocked by circling your stylus clockwise around the screen, touching the big circles (Action, Endless, Puzzle and Classic). You have to do this I think 4 or 5 times and then you will be taken to Twilight mode. You have to unlock it each time you want to play it.

For Cognito, just finish Puzzle and it will unlock.

I haven't unlocked any of the others. Played up to level 18 or 19 in Classic without result. I think you have to get to level 9 in Action to unlock that one. I can only make it to level 8

. As for Endless, I have made it up to level 49 and still unlocked nothing.

ok twilight's cool, but wtf is cognito? all i can find on the internet is that it's "a clever combination of classic and puzzle" it look just like puzzle to me... how do you get points on the top score? how does that end? i don't get it.

umm you're supposed to get to level 250 on endless to unlock finity game.

There is a cheat to unlock Finity mode - thank God because I was at level 131 of Infinty and just had enough. Finity is pretty cool :)

Cognito is like Puzzle mode except you are playing for points. The game doesn't end until all of the puzzles are completed - at least I think it doesn't. I don't really play that mode much as I prefer Finity and some of the others. You get points for each puzzle you complete without using hints.

Finity is cool. It's like Classic mode except you have rocks and bombs thrown in to make things more interesting.

I really like Hyper mode, but haven't been able to unlock it again. Unfortunately there is no cheat for that.

Yeah well Endless is getting pretty boring also for me...I do love it though...and I really can't stop playing it!!!

Yeah, Endless gets quite tedious after a bit. That's why I went ahead and requested the code to unlock Finity. I like Finity a lot more :)
