Hey Guys,

I'm doing some research on working pocketnester roms.

I've been using pocketnester version 5.4(LATEST) and I still
get freezeups on my roms.

Has ANYONE played a rom with NO freezeups ??? I'm talking about at least 10 minutes of play without a problem.

If so, please reply with the name or names of your working games. MY favorite is RBI-3, but it freezes up on me after about 5-7 minutes.

Yes, I've not had any bad freezeups....even with 30-60 minutes of play. It occasionally slows from 35+fps down to 20-25fps, but simply pausing and unpausing (by tapping screen) shoots it right back up to 35+fps. I know for sure that all of the mario games worked fine for extended play, arkanoid, tetris, dr. mario. I havene't had any ROMS completely lock up. Not sure what the problem might be that you're experiencing.

Actually.....how do you have your CPU set? I have mine set to Normal (which always runs at 400MHz). I guess if it's set to auto, it might interfere with the PocketNester program when it swithes between 200-400MHz??? Just a thought, however.

I have mine set to 400mhz all the time. I'll try the tap screen thing
to see if it works.


The FPS....is that the small umber located on the bottom left of the game screen???
