The OpenGL DLL cannot be found :) Well i built a device check into it, which should have output a reasonable error message, but since the device check was hacked it will now run on every device until the OpenGL DLL is found to be not available.
In any case, i should have updated this version much sooner to run on the X51v, so i do not blame emulamer for this fix .

@Emulamer did you just skip the device check via modifying the object file/executable? In this case i might just extend the device check by the X51v OEM string, which is a little better solution to the problem :)

In any case i need the OEM string for the X51v and X50v with WM5.

I've noticed a problem with Zelda: Link to the Past... and I don't know if its a Rom or emulator problem. The game works wonderfully (ie fast).

I got through the first castle and able to roam around. Yet anything with cave... just shows a black screen and locks up. From there I have to load my previous position. I'm away on business for a few days and without a completely working game.

I was just wondering if it sounds like a ROM problem or perhaps this sorta thing happens alot. Just wondering. I'm about to go get dinner, and hopefully I will have an answer when I get back. If anyone is nice, maybe emailing me another (known) good copy of Zelda: Link to the Past to bcrail@gmail.com

UPDATE: it was the Rom. I found one today and installed it.

A few things i've noticed.

New version:
Sound works
Runs at 30/60
A little laggy (I'm guessing cause its all there so bigger size)
Completely works.

Old version:
Sound would not work
Ran at 50/50 perfectly
No sound
Wouldn't go in some places (ie caves, other dungeons)

Looks great on my x51v

i couldn't run pocketnes ogl version, does it require somthing like opengl driver need to install for my X50v ?

I was wondering if Tala has definitely stopped to develope PocketSnes OpenGL for x50v....:approve:
The latest one I could find is based on 1.39 core....
Perhaps Tala could make us a gift updating the version...
