Quitting and saving.

Im also having trouble with the save feature.
Ah, well. It autosaves for me so its not really a worry.

Anyway, I hope you mean pocketscumm, since that is the pocket pc build. You save and exit and load and all that crap by tapping the folder-like icon on the bottom of the screen.

Oh, and tapping the monkey puts you in landscape mode.u

Check this link out - it mentions a program called SOU2MP3_v1 that converts the sound files to mp3's. I haven't tried it yet but Pocket Scumm recognises the converted files.

Saving is easy...

tap save.
tap a number and type whatever name you want.
then double tap on the name.

You will get a message saying game saved and directory.

How about a more 'mature' RPG. Any suggestions?

Yes, what do you regard as mature? The list of RPGs for the Pocket PC are pretty much limited right now to Everquest, Nuclear TIme, Kyle's Quest, Kyle's Quest 2, and whatever you can get on an emulator. Unfortunately, this game genre hasn't taken off yet for the Pocket PC.

Worried SCUMM for Dummies...

Which files do I need to run SCUMM? Basically where is the emulator?

Also how do you get the game from the CD to the PPC? Is there a program? Or do you just copy the CD to say.... a memory card?

I have... a bunch of these games... Loom, The Dig, Indy, Day of the Tentacle, Full Throttle...

Just gotta go dig them out of some boxes... :)

OK, something with extreme graphic violence for starters. Not Leisure Suit Larry like, I said mature, not adult...
