pocketsnes vs Morphgear snes module

Ok, i have a x50v and i've played around with both and pocketsnes just seem's to totally out due morphgear. The speed of the games on pocketsnes is ultra fast, but in morphgear the games move so slow it's annoying. I was wondering if anyone else on a x50v could tell me what they have experienced. I've read post where other say that morphgear is running great and with great sound, but i haven't been able to see that for my self. Oh, i have been using pocketsnes 1-12-201 and morphgear 2.2.5.7 for ppc 2003. i have the enhanced gapi driver install aswell. well any help, settings tips, or just general comments welcome...thanx

That is my experience too, PocketSNES is quite a bit faster than Morphgears SNES module. Taking Super Mario World as example, i had to throttle it down to 30fps when using frameskip 1 and synced sound on. (strangely the original PocketSNES version did nothing to adapt the framerate, when a fixed frameskip was used, so games ran actually too fast) I assume you use the OpenGL ES version of PocketSNES?

Maybe if you use newer versions... Older versions of MorphGear are about the same speed as PSNES, have much better/accurate sound, and are even more compatible with the X50v.
