When playing a game does anyone elses controls start turning for them, like to the left or right and to stop it you have to push the direction it is turning and then you can steer again? This happens with all my games. It is frustrating to lose control...also does the four way control pad have a function for when it is pushed straight down like the dial on the said of the axim?

For your first part, yes, I have had the controls lock up sometimes. For the second part, yes, you can push straight down on the control pad (center) as a button...kinda like on iPaq. But this is not right out of the box, you need to download the D-Pad Fix that is linked to all over the place on this website.
