Where to buy Microsoft's Arcade PocketPak?

Microsoft does not offer the Arcade PocketPak at thier site anymore and a search on google gave me no results to purchase this software, either new OR used.

I also looked on ebay, but nobody has it either.

Does anyone know where I can get this new or used?

Does anyone want to sell thier copy?
