Alright! I pulled the chains in the right order, and got through the door. Below is what chains I pulled in what order, so if you don't want to know, then don't look. I've made it silver so that it's hard to see unless you highlight it...
Ok... I'm not sure if all of these were necessary, but here's the order I pulled them in:
1. Pulled the first chain coming back from the bridge until it was "heavy"
2. Pulled the one on the screen with the door until it was heavy
3. Got lost, pulled #1 again (heavy on first try)
4. Pulled chain two spaces West (or one west from #2) (heavy on first try)
5. Went South one screen from #4, got heavy on first try
6. Pulled chain next to waterfall
7. Got in the door
"Stay tuned. It's not much longer as the conversion is now
complete and we're awaiting d20 license approval. Mod1Part2 will
then be available for you--and we think you're going to love the
second part of the first module in the game."

The Mod1Part2 Expansion approval is confirmed and our testers (yes, we know--lucky them) will have the first expansion build on April 17. After tester input/changes we expect the release to be a few days following that.
The additional expansion modules will be released in the same fashion--allow two to three weeks for approval, test, re-build, and release.
Yep... that's certainly different from what we were told. Didn't they say the release schedule would be one per week?
3.29.2003 We are in the process of converting the expansion modules.
We estimate a week per module for conversion and
approval. We will release each upon approval so users don't
have to wait for the entire batch.
I'm getting pretty pissed off now. They promised one thing, I put down the cash, and now they say something completely different. One week is cool- but almost a month?! Forget it! If the finished game wasn't worth the wait, I'd demand my money back and go buy EQ instead. I'd call this false advertising. I hate to say it... we've all paid good money for a brief demo so far. They had better get their stuff together.
OK, I'm done ranting now. After reading the develpoer's response on the Sorcery PDA message board, I realized that while the one mod per week hasn't happened yet, the bit about the approval process convinced me that the contract restraints may be a key factor here. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt this time- as long as the future modules are good and last longer than the first one did (they said they will). I'll forgive their initial mistakes and miscommunications provided that they deliver a good game.
