Viex Games just released MicroQuad 1.1 (was it available for PPC before ? Never heard of it), a cool-looking quad game similar to Crazy Karts and all the MarioKarts-like ($14.95)

I played the demo, the game is nice, with a pleasant cartoony style :approve:

I'm checking out the demo tonight, for sure. Purty colors :approve:

And I hate to go a little off-topic, but I was out of the pda gaming loop for a while when my x3i was in hibernation. Have any games been released in the past 6 months or so that are more along the lines of Mario Kart? Like racing, with cute characters or not, where you can attack the other racers with projectiles or something? I mean, how great would Mario Kart battle mode be over a network?

My name is Xavier and I'm the developer of MicroQuad.
MicroQuad wasn't released for PocketPC before, the 1.0 version was only for Palm.
But as this PocketPC version as the same features as the 1.1 "Palm" version, it's also called MicroQuad 1.1 ;)
