here are the release notes, but cant really say as the VGA version refuses to load on the x50v, takes way more memory than the first couple of releases

+ Load game function changed to directly load from file, not a buffer. Packed saves are no longer supported. Please unpack your saved games using WinZip or similar.
This SHOULD reduce save/load problems.

+ A bit cut-down libmikmod added (supports MOD, S3M, XM, IT). Please edit playlist in sounds.lua to add your tracked music. I suggest using simple 4-channel mods to reduce sound skipping.
+ Annoyed unit sounds are fixed (not my fault). English sounds in archive.
+ Campaign script is fixed again. (again, not my fault).
+ Error are now should be in strerr.txt.
+ PUD loader fixed (was a place with unit size hardcoded).
+ Unit "Action" command is now by holding HWKey2 and tapping.
- Stats screen disabled. Too lazy to rewrite positions. I dont need it anyway.
