PocketConsole doesnt work on WM2003SE in my experience, but if all you need it for is to start it with the -F parameter, then just make a shortcut.
Make a normal shortcut to the executable, open it up in a text editor, and change it from something like this 28#\path\to\program.exe to 28#\path\to\program.exe -F Unless I'm missing something, this should work. Jon

WC2 kind of works
Hi Lomius,
I just installed wargus (first installing the pocketcmd driver and and copied my copy of WC2 into the wc2 directory and it seems to work, though a bit slowly. I installed PocketConsole, reset my Axim, then installed PocketCMD. I copied wargus onto a CF card and copied my WC2 CDROM contents into the wargus/wc2 subdirectory. To run, I just clicked on 'stratagus640' and it seemed to work (I'm not bothering with PocketCMD--in fact, I can' even run PocketCMD because it complains about missing items). I've tried the shortcut idea to run 'stratagus640 -F', and that didn't seem to make any difference. When I first ran wargus/stratagus, the screen cursor seemed to be off about 1cm to the right of where I was tapping on the screen. I went into the WC2 options, selected the "Fullscreen" option and that fixed it. Game seems to run, but it's definitely slower than what I remember (even after increasing the gamespeed in the options menu). I am having trouble building structures and accessing some other items in the lower-left corner because the Axim thinks I'm trying to access the MS keyboard and so my stylus clicks don't always make it to the application; they seem to get hijacked by Windows. I had this same problem with ScummVM--anyone know how to disable that (or what I'm talking about)? FWIW, I'm running A03. BTW, thanks for the link! :-) --HappyMonkey

Ok I got it working on my x30, actually pretty easy to do. All I had to download was the stratagus. I extracted it then copied the folder to my memory card, and ran stratagus.exe. Runs in landscape mode.
Works fine,not too slow.

I got it going with rescoe explorer last night (File>Run>(browse for file) and enter "-F" under "Arguments"). It runs alright, but there are a lot of bugs. Some important options on the screen were inaccessible because the Today screen buttons weren't disabled. For example, trying to instruct a peon to build kept bringing up my keyboard instead because that button was behind the "Build" button, on the Today screen. Not sure if there's a fix?

Ok. Here is how to make it work on my x50v:
1. Download this file 2. Extract it and copy all its content to a folder on a card 3. Copy all your Warcraft 2 CD to the subfolder wc2 (don't create a folder) 4. Create a shortcut to stratagus640.exe 5. Here you go! EDIT: People below are right, in fact you don't even need your original Warcraft2 files... So my 3rd step is not necessary. Good to know

It ran ok for me by just downloading the wargus.rar file and running stratagus640. What does copying the warcraft cd to your axim do? Add the cutscenes?
