Wargus is a Warcraft II Mod that allows you to play Warcraft II with the Stratagus engine.

The end result is that Warcraft II is now running on VGA and QVGA devices. While it will start fine on a QVGA Pocket PC, you need to do the following to get it up and running in VGA mode:

• Start PocketCMD (here)
• Navigate to the folder you installed Stratagus into
• Run "stratagus640 -F" (without the quotes)

Note that you must have the original (DOS version) Warcraft II to use this.

Did any of you get this to work on your x50v with A03? I tried all last night. Still doesn't work for me.

That is GREAT news. Now we just need Starcraft!

I've never heard of Stratagus... Can someone queue me in as to what it is, how to use it, and where to get it? I would love to play WC2 on my Axim... Although I'm not thrilled about needing to put it into QVGA to do it... Any way around that?

The wargus owners say they are making a Starcraft version.

I installed the PocketConsole driver and ran PocketCMD. Tried to run stratagus640 -F and it locked up my PPC. I have 50v with A03 too.

So did it work sucessfully? I couldnt get past CMD or that other stuff so didnt try the stratagus
