Virtual Pool or Bejeweled

I'm new to gaming. Virtual Pool and Bejeweled both look interesting. Anyone have experience with these? Opinions?

It's a question of your taste isn't it?

I'd try a demo of both.

i have virtual pool and i just downloaded a trial of bejeweled 2.
i love virtual pool!! but it can take time playing sometimes like if you're doing the career mode its like 2 out of 3 games and i don't wanna stop in the middle if i gotta do something but then you can just play quick games... awesome game. although it has given me the urge to smash the hell out of my axim a couple times

bejeweled is ummm... less involved i guess, pretty fun though

Bejeweled 2 hands down. But Howard is right - it is a matter of personal preference. Your best bet is to try the demos of both to see which you prefer.

I'd get both. One's mindless, the other's a little bit more strategy and skill. Okay, so they both require skill. Hmm.. and they're both somewhat mindless...

ARGH!!! GET 'EM BOTH!!

Virtual Pool is excellent. I'm not much of a gamer - but VP is one I play frequently. You'll really like it - and the price is excellent. ($19.95 when I got it).

Strangest... question... ever

I'm kidding In my opinion, you've asked about the top two games in their respective genres. Both great games, but what types of games are you into? Aximsite gamers know their stuff. Feel free to ask about specific genres

And no disrespect to anyone, but I still think Bejeweled 1 owns the sequel hands down... but hey, it's purely subjective

Most games not only make me cuss, but they also make me laugh because I realize how much I suck at playing them.....but that's half the fun.

Well, like I said, I'm not a gamer. I just want an occasional game to distract me and something to show off the capabilities of the x50v. I thought the pool might be kind of cool, but Bejeweled looks fun as well, from what the reviews say.

I assume that they are worth the program memory space that they use up. Can I install both to my CF card?

Yes you can. You can have both on your SD or CF card, whichever you prefer. I think both help pass time quite well. The problem (and the biggest caveat of 'em all) is that they tend to be rather addictive (esp. Bejeweled). It's not so much that you can help ease waiting time but more that you'll be too busy playing these games that you'll have little time for anything else in your life

For whatever reason, my x50v won't let me use Bejeweled. I tried downloading the trial version (3 times) and each time it froze the device.
