Probably most people are looking to see if you have found a version of rook. Having a thread titled 'rook' is not all that helpful for the rest of us to know if you are looking for a game or have found one and want to share.
I hadn't even heard of rook, but the rules I looked up look interesting. Which version do you play?

Yeah I've never heard of the game either. That's probably why you're getting no replies.

My apologies, I will do better with my thread titles!
Rook is an awesome game, you can get a deck of Rook cards from Walmart for like 6 bucks. Only downside is that you need two couples to play. I would recommend it to anyone

Heh, no need to apologize to me, you've done a lot more posting here than me! I just came straight over from a programmer help forum where every second thread seems to have a meaningless title so I was still in lecture mode. Sorry for jumping up and down.
I'll have a look around for a deck, Walmarts are a bit short on the ground downunder.
