Pocket Quake 2 Help!!!

hey everyone... ive been wanting to play pocket quake 2 for a long time now... and i downloaded the game onto my axim x30 and i unzipped the pak0.pak file and put it on my ppc but im not sure how and where to put it in order for me to play the game... if anyone can help me ill surely appreciate it esp if u could give me step by step instructions... thanks!!!

that being said, I never did get pocket quake2 to work on my axim, the software just appeared to hang/lock-up and required me to soft-reset my axim

You should create a sub-menu under Quake called ID1. Install pak0.pak there, along with autoexec.cfg and config.cfg.

Like prOcs I can't get Quake to run on WM 2003 SE but it should be OK on an X30 with WM 2003.

ok so how do i make these sub menus??? and i thought that i only needed to install the game and have the pak0.pak... how do i get the autoexec.cfg and config.cfg??? thanks for the help and i would really appreciate more

open file explorer locate the quake directory make new folder
within that directory.

they've got a simple to read instruction on their site.

It works fine on my X50v; I posted some additions to the configs that made it work better on the X50v and such in the past, a few months ago.. look in the archives here or pocketmatrix and maybe it'll help you out.

In my x50v quake 2 don't work...
At the start appear a white screen... why?

Same here !!!!, q1 also goes white in the gfx screen, i still dont understand whats the problem.

Yes im a newbie, i have an x50v too btw, pls help me about the problen, it always worked on my x30
