If I have the original game and I also have the ROM, am I committing an offence? Heehee

Chrono Trigger rocks, btw :)

I voted NES, but I'm actually doing SNES and that option was missing.

Heres's what I've learned:

1. You definately need an original copy of the game.
2. Downloading is contraversial, some say its ok, some not.
3. To be fine, u would need to make your own roms.

-For PS1, this is easy to do.
-For anything else, you will need to purchace some equiptment.
-this includes cables and software to make your own roms.

Wow. That's a limited number of options :)

I spend most my gaming time with ZX Spectrum, C64 and old coin-op games via MAMECE.

I use PocketClive - it's not perfect but it runs pretty much everything:

The author was working on a updated version during the course of last year and had seemed to be making some progress - unfortunately nothing's surfaced yet

I emulate SCUMM (SCUMM_VM for old point`n click adventure games for PC) and Amiga (Pocket WinUAE + launcher).

While the SCUMM works flawless, Pocket WinUAE shows sometimes some issues with some apps - it`s much older system, however. Both emulators are freeware and all apps that I run are "abandonware" (according to my knowledge).

Pretty cool to be able to go back to your youth with all those apps/games on your PDA... :approve:
