I had a hard time with FPSEce. All the games I tried ran extremeley slow and the graphics was kinda disappointing plus the games took up over 200 MB of space (some 400-500 MB). I ended up using the SNES emulator, PocketSNES, by Tala. It uses open gl and works really well. The grfx on Donkey Kong Country 3 is amazing

You can compress the games to like 20 megs with pocket ISO, try that. (It's on the site)
