Alrighty, I bought snails about 2 years ago for my X5. Time went by,the papers I printed that had the passcode and all that other info were lost, and I sold my X5. Now I have an X30 and would like to get it back. Is there anyway of re-downloading it since I have already payed for a copy? Thanks for any help!

If you contact the company- they should have you on record...usually with the email addy you used to purchase. Also, pdamill has a site- mypdamill.com that lists all the software YOU have purchased...with download links. You could try this.

It's http://my.pdamill.com but a better way would be to go to the www.pdamill.com site and click the little button on the top that says "My PDAMill".

If you contact the makers- pdamill- they will most likely just want the account for reference. Explain the situation- bet they resolve it ok.
