Villain

While not necessarily a 'games' only question, I wanted to see if anyone had an idea on where I can find more information about something.

I have an idea for a game/program/experience (well, there's actually about 10 or 15 different ideas, but the game one sticks out the most). However, I am not a programmer, nor do I pretend to be one on TV.

Can anyone give me a resource on where I might go to turn my idea into an actual PPC game/program? Does anyone have some free time that they would offer in helping make this, and other ideas, into a reality?

Should I start a sourceforge.net project and see if I can get some interest there?
