There are one or two GBA emulators available, but they are still pretty slow. Check Pocket Gamer under the emulator section, and you should be able to find them.

ok, thanks a lot! but how do I get a GBA game (from one of those "cards" into my computer, or palm pilot? does it say that in the program? (sory but I haven't downloaded it yet, I'm going to right now)
I dont know if your kidding or not but if you dont know what a rom is its this:
It's a video game that is emulated fromt he cartige/cd and put on to a computer to play by useing a progam called an "emulator" there are diffrent emulators for diffretn roms.
nintendo roms
Snes roms
n64 roms
sega roms
playstation roms
gameboy roms
gameboy color roms
gameboy advanced roms.... list goes on and on
so you are allowed to download roms and keep them on your computer for 24 hours if you do not own the game.
If you own the game you can download them and keep them how ever long you want
This is good with the classic games, I know my NES like stopped working completely i have to rest and put the cartrige in and out just to get it to work. So instead of bringing out the mess of wires and hassle i use emulators for my games.
Alright, I downloaded the ROM of Golden Sun (of course I wont tell where from) just an hour ago, and I installed Morphgear on my Axim, and tried to play GS through Morphgear, and it said that it could not allocate the memory, (ususally due to insufficient memory) and opened the console, where it said that it failed to allocate memory. Am I the only one who is having this problem, please help me with this, how can I fix it, I have more than 18 MB free space on both "programs" and "storage", so what is the problem?
Currently, there are just some games that do not work. I am not real sure how to help, because I have not tried any GBA roms. You might want to try the message board for the emulator if there is one.

I was able to get it to work with Morphgear... kinda.
I believe other people have had the same problem. My character would constantly flicker. Well, when he wasn't transparent. This was with or without overclocking.
Music ran fine, speed was fine, but the flicker basically made it unplayable for me. Haven't tried it on an asus yet, but I can't imagine any significant differences. Anyone with first-hand experience?
mine will start, show the golden sun title, then ask for a name (the default name there is "Felix"). After entering a name or keeping the default it goes to another title screen and then nothing else happens. Just title screen. It does this even on my PC, and i have tried several versions of this ROM, all from different sources...any suggestions? This is golden sun 2 the lost age, btw.

The only GBA games I have found to run at full speed are Mario Kart Super Circuit, Fire Emblem, Baldur's Gate, Metriod, and Golden Sun (although characters dissapear occasionally :(). Golden Sun: The Lost Age will freeze up at the title screen. All these games have run pretty well with my Asus A620 overclocked to 528MHz with sound disabled using Morphgear 2.0.9.4. X3 users should have some success with GBA games, since X3's are only a hair slower than the A620.
