Age of Empire and MDM

About 2 years ago, I bought Age of Empires for ppc at Best Buy (The game came on a card). But if you read my ipaq horror story, my ipaq was stolen, and AOE happened to be it. After I got a new ppc, I decided to email MDM and told them I would provide proof of purchas, receipt, and whatever proof they needed, and asked if they would kindly allow me to download the full version since I did buy it. Soon they sent me an email and said no, they didn't even offer me a discout to buy it again. I know it is not there fault that my ipaq was stolen, but they could at least send me an email saying that they would give me a link to the download wich would cost them nothing.

Do you think MDM should have replaced, or given me a discount offer since I already bought it, or am I missing something?

Oh, my Axim rocks!
