Question PocketDos - Getting black screen when I try to start Sierra games

I am running the trial version of PocketDos (latest version) and have been able to get a few games running, Space Quest 2 for example.

I am having a problem with Space Quest 1 (VGA) and Space Quest 3.

I have created a drive for the game using:
SETDRIVE G: "\STORAGE CARD\SQ3"

Then, I go to g: and type "SQ3" to start the game. It just displays a blank screen and I have to restart PocketDos. The exact same thing happens in SQ1(VGA) also.

I have checked the following:
-All settings for games line up with what is mentioned in the FAQ [http://www.pocketdos.com/faq.htm#1]
-Running the game in CGA mode (SQ3)
-Trying each of the CPU/FPU emulators (Bosch, Dosbox, etc.)
-By the way, I put those *.dll files in my folder containing pocketdos.exe, but they never show up in Tools - Settings. All I see is <No Plug-ins Found> or something like that.

What am I missing? I know SQ1(VGA) should work, because it is in one of the screenshots on PocketDos' website. Thanks,

-Dave

Guys and gals, don’t forget to check out my brand new, MS-DOS / x86 emulation-related article at http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=153194

(Sorry for flooding – IMHO, this article certainly deserves attention because it answers ALL the questions a Windows Mobile user may want to EVER ask about emulating MS-DOS. Make sure you read it!)
