I use my Axim primarily for gaming :D. I beta test handheld games for a few different companies. Compared to my NR70 I am in gaming heaven. I love my Axim!

Unfortunately my 7 year old son has found out just how good the Axim is for game playing. Now, every time I turn around he is asking if he can play on my Axim!! He particularly enjoys several games I have found for PocketNester. (BTW, he has a Game Boy Advance.)

What do you thnink? My D-pad still works but if feels very mushy and it stays tilted to the upper/right. I got it in March and have'nt started using it until lately. Am I eligible for a replacement? What do I do? Thanks.:D

You can always call Dell and brave their phone system. I had to do that with my first Ax back in December :(. No problems now, though.

I would say the Axim is very temperamental when it comes to gaming...95% Temper and 5% Mental. You might have some fits trying to reach a high score with the D-pad.

Check out the GP32. It's like the gamers' PDA.

The stylus/touch screen interface is replaced with GB Advance-like controls. It runs a proprietary OS, but it's open source and there are commercial games for it and also many emulators that have been ported.
