Ok So I broke down and picked up a 512MB SD card for my Axim X5, I used to use a 512CF card but I use that card for my digital camera as well.. And so you know it would be tied up in the Axim.

Well anyways I just loaded about 5 states to the card, but i put the card in the X5, and it's not listing the states at all.

what should I do?

If you used maploader to put the states there, it should find it. The card should have a folder called iNav iGuidance and in that folder is a folder called "Maps" in which all of the map files will be stored. They will have names that end in .biz and .bin. That's the ONLY folder that iGuidance will search, so if they aren't in that location you'll have to move them there.

well it turns out that a soft reset fixed the problem.

If I ever have to do a hard reset I think I will cry.. i've got so much stuff on here right now I really can't lose any of it.. I think I should do a back up right now!
